JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner has already been rejected by this Court vide Cr.Misc. No.52796/16 on 7.2.2016 with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

As such, I do not find any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail. The prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected.
