The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nadirganj P.S. Case No. 17 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 379, 411, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 56(1), 56(2) of the Bihar Illegal Mining Act and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act, 1986. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted bail by the Court below vide ABP Nos. 381 of 2020 & 234 of 2020. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
