2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 350 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a sword.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2024. He further submits that the injury report does not support the prosecution case.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Sheikhpura/concerned Court below in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 350 of 2023.
