2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6689 of 2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3, the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. Respondent no. 3 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
