JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that barring one, all other grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. It is submitted that though the respondents in their

Patna High Court CWJC No.18400 of 2010 (2) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 counter affidavit have submitted that a sum of Rs.3,20,676/- is payable to the petitioner for the period from 8.2.2003 to 09.11.2006, a letter with regard to which has been sent to the Accountant General, Bihar Patna vide Memo dated 21.2.2011 for issuance of authority slip and in fact thereafter the authority slip for payment of Rs.319281/- has also been issued vide letter dated 27.4.2011, however, the said amount is yet to be paid. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.319281/- to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, if not already paid, failing which penal consequences shall befall the respondents herein.

The writ petition is disposed of.
