JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 25.4.2014 passed in Complaint Case no. 25943 ( C ) of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna, whereby he has found prima facie case against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Sections 323m 341, 379, 504 and 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code..

After some argument learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1353 of 2015 (3) dt.03-09-2015 2 / 2 seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge. Leave is granted.
