JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Pipara P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016 registered under Sections 364,366,370,379,506 and 120B of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case due to village politics. Earlier also the informant had filed compliant case bearing no. 353C of 2009 leveling same nature of allegation against the petitioners which was later on withdrawn vide Annexure 3 to the bail application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4128 of 2017 (3) dt.07-04-2017 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Pipara P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
