====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 08 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 27.9.2018 having clean antecedent.
In the written report informant has alleged that her husband along with local Doctor namely Vijay Bahadur Singh had gone for walking. After one hour the informant received information that some unknown persons shot at her husband on account of which, he sustained injury and subsequently died. The name of petitioner has come during investigation after 8 months of the occurrence merely on the surmises that this

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Buxar, in connection with Dhansoi P.S.
