The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case Mp 9761 of 2018 arising out of Danapur Police Station Case No 721 of 2018 registered under Sections 30 (a), 36, 37 (b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the possession of the petitioner, 16 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered and for that, the petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in Special Case No 9761 of 2018 arising out of
