JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12 29-01-2016 The petitioner is personally present in compliance of this Court's order, dated 20.01.2016, along with a Demand Draft bearing No. 229624, dated 29.01.2016, for an amount of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand), payable to the informant. The said Demand Draft has been handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant in Court itself which he has accepted.

Considering the order passed by this Court on 05.11.2014 and payment of total amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (One lac fifty thousand), this application is allowed.

No.47843 of 2013 (12) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 In view of the fact that the provisional bail earlier granted to the petitioner by an order, dated 20.12.2013, passed in this case came to be cancelled by the subsequent order, dated 20.01.2016, passed by this Court in this case, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of fifteen days from today, the petitioner above-named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 124 of 2013 (Tr. No. 3597 of 2013), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that the informant shall proceed in its true spirit and terms of the order of this Court, dated 05.11.2014, passed in this case. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) mrl U T
