Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 373 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced before this Court the certified copy of the statement of the girl Neha Kumari which has been registered under Section 164 Cr.P.C, from the statement of the girl. It seems that she is a major and she has said that she had eloped with Sagar with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31999 of 2021(2) dt.05-05-2022 2/2 whom she had love affair and they are staying together as husband and wife and she has also been blessed with a son. Considering the same, this application for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioners which includes the father is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Barh in connection with Barh P.S.
