The specific contention taken by the petitioner is that the show-cause notice issued is in violation of the stipulations for blacklisting in works contract matters, as laid down by a learned Single Judge

Patna High Court CWJC No.6261 of 2024(3) dt.20-04-2024 2/2 of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 12736 of 2021. The petitioner would be entitled to take such contention before the appropriate authority. If the appropriate authority feels that the stipulations in the judgment have not been complied with, the appropriate authority would also be entitled to issue a fresh show-cause notice. The petitioner would appear before the appropriate authority within two weeks from today and the appropriate authority shall take either of the courses suggested by us.

2. The writ petition stands disposed of without any observation on the merits.
