2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner having filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.6211 of 2023 dt.10-08-2023 2/3 detailed representation before the Additional Director General of Police (Budget, Appeal and Welfare), Police Head Quarter, DGP Head Quarter, Bihar, Patna, he has not taken any action for making payment of retiral benefits on different heads.

3. A query has also been made on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar vide letter no. GEN No : 1900/20222023, still no reply to the query has been sent to the Accountant General, Bihar, by the Deputy Inspector General of Police (Vigilance Investigation Bureau), Government of Bihar, Patna.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a comprehensive representation with respect to the relief as claimed for in the present writ petition before the Deputy Inspector General of Police, (Vigilance Investigation Bureau), Government of Bihar, Patna.

5. The Deputy Inspector General of Police, (Vigilance Investigation Bureau), Government of Bihar, Patna, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in light of 'Annexure-1' series, the communication made by the office of the Accountant General, Bihar, with regard to payments of retiral benefits.

7. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
