The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the Respondents, particularly Respondent no.3 i.e. the Sub Registrar, Registry Office, Shekhpura, District- Shekhpura to accept the sale deed and register the same.
In the writ petition, no date has been mentioned, on which date the document was produced.
In this case, a counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of Respondent no.3 and he has specifically stated that no date has been mentioned regarding the presentation of the document. It has further been indicated that there is no objection by the Registrar, if the sale deed is presented by the petitioner for

Though the petitioner has filed reply to the counter affidavit of Respondent no.3, again no specific date has been mentioned and, as such, it would be difficult for this Court to pass any positive order in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of.
It goes without saying that if the petitioner comes with the specific date of presentation of document, the disposal of the present writ petition may not be treated as bar. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
