JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Raju Kumar with knife on his thigh.

It is submitted that other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail.

It appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he stabbed knife in the thigh of Raju Kumar, although the injury is simple.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43430 of 2015 (3) dt.10-11-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 95 of 2015 pending in the court of Sri Amit Kumar Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj. His prayer for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.
