Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 133 of 2019 for the offence under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that on the basis of false certificate of Madhyama he procured job. Learned counsel submits that the certificate of the petitioner is genuine.

Considering the fact that the matter relates to entry in the date of birth and the investigation is still going on, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the

Case No. 133 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
