Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 registered under Sections 323,380,307 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are innocent. The fact is that earlier petitioner, Manoj Kumar Yadav had filed a case against the informant and to save the skin, the present case has been lodged. Also there is no injury report regarding injury sustained by the victim.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, are directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4143 of 2017 (3) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Falka P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
