The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020 dated 15.01.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The five years old son of the informant is said to have been taken away by the petitioner and after wrapping his mouth, he was thrown in the mustard field. The injuries suffered by the victim are reported to be simple in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no reason has been assigned for the petitioner to have committed such an act. He has been made accused in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25934 of 2020(2) dt.12-10-2020 2/2 this case because of village politics and prior enmity with the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2020. There is no eye witness to the occurrence.

Considering the aforestated facts the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIV Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020.
