This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offences under Section- 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. .540 litres of foreign liquor was recovered in front of the Gumti of the petitioner. The recovery was made on 18-092016. Submission is that the petitioner has no concern with the recovered liquor and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4100 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Excise Case No. 295 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari subject to the condition as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
