2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No.415 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 103(1), 61(2)(a), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 27 of Arms Act.

3. The deceased was killed by accused persons. The petitioner was identified as one of the criminals who had participated in the crime of killing the deceased in midnight.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2024 and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of regular bail to the petitioner.
