The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No.138 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar. Since it is second anticipatory bail application which is not maintainable, I am not inclined to entertain the petition any longer.

The application is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court below which shall take note of his submissions made before this Court. (Anjana Prakash, J) JA/- U T
