The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 4332 of 2021 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No.472 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle from which 360 litres of illicit liquor have been recovered. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application is dismissed.
