JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 63 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Allegation is of recovery 1 liter liquor from a vehicle and co-accused was arrested, who named the petitioners. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from their conscious possession. Further, they have no criminal antecedents.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71368 of 2018(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Cum Special Judge Excise Rohtas Sasaram, in connection with Sheosagar P.S.
