JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Buxar Town P.S.Case No.138 of 2015 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner under section 438 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure was earlier rejected by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28023 of 2015. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that subsequently a co-accused, namely, Ramesh Pradhan has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29228 of 2015.
