The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of recovery of a stolen motorcycle and IPhone during vehicle checking by the police. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has not been arrested at the spot. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired by apprehended co-accused, namely, Lalan Kumar and the aforesaid recovery was made from co-accused Lalan Kumar and not this petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S.
