2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the order of suspension contained in Memo No.113 dated 16.03.2026 of the petitioner under the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005.

3. Learned Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection that writ petition is premature according to Rule 23 of the CCA Rules, 2005, the order of suspension is appealable.

4. In this background, Counsel for the petitioner seeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.5196 of 2026(2) dt.07-04-2026 2/2 permission to withdraw the writ petition to avail the appropriate remedy under the said rules.
