The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 91 of 2016 arising out of Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 3 of 2015 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice on merit vide orders dated 23.09.2015 and 22.06.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 24359 of 2015 and 24152 of 2016 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43851 of 2016 (3) dt.18-01-2017 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
