Case No. 03 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a widow and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and she has been falsely implicated in the present case.

Having heard both sides, in view of Section 76(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and the Court below after considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner
