2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(9), 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner was seen dancing with a dancer in a video footage with a pistol in his hand and he was firing with the same.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. appearing for the respondent-State has opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner has also got three criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
