This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 15.01.2014 passed in Complaint Case No.1161 of 2013, whereby the court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Siwan, summoned the accused/petitioners, on inquiry, under Section 204 of the Indian Penal Code, finding prima facie case under Sections 323 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code against them.

3. From perusal of the impugned order, I find no illegality

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50917 of 2014 dt.05-12-2016 2/2 therein amounting to abuse of the process of the court for interference with the same in an extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
