JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) Date : 22-04-2019 Heard the parties The petitioner seeks implementation of the order passed by the Commercial Taxes Tribunal, Bihar, Patna in Revision Case No.NEC-PN-81 of 2005 for the period 2003-04, whereby the appellate order passed against the petitioner had been quashed. Whether it resulted in any benefits to the petitioner it is not known because although the petitioner is complaining but the representation at Annexure-2 gives no indication as to the cause of action for the petitioner to maintain
Patna High Court CWJC No.8348 of 2019 dt.22-04-2019 2/2 this writ petition simply because the appellate order was quashed.
It is thus for the petitioner to raise his cause, if any, that may arise by virtue of the order passed by the Tribunal and only thereafter there can be any obligation on the part of the Department for its disposal but in absence on any cause shown in this writ petition we are not persuaded to issue any direction at this stage.
With the observation above, the writ petition is disposed of.
