It appears that by order dated 01.11.2014 a direction was issued under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. to lodge a First Information Report to investigate the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 01.11.2014 is in the nature of review of the earlier order dated 20.10.2014 passed by the learned Magistrate by which the complaint case was fixed for Solemn Affirmation by the complainant. In the present case, the F.I.R. has not been challenged and the learned counsel is not aware of the present stage of the case even as investigation is said

In view of the above fact that the investigation is over and the petitioner has not challenged the F.I.R., at this stage learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to seek any other remedy available in law.
The application is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
