The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner no. 2 Gajendra Pandit is alleged to have assaulted with Pharsa on the head of the informant Krishna Pandit and petitioner no. 1 and 3 namely Sawarup Pandit and Sarwajeet Pandit are alleged to have snatched money.
It is submitted that the petitioners are agnates of the informant. Only one injury is found on the head of the informant that too is of superficial and simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above

No.43390 of 2015 (3) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Umashanker, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S.
