The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 47 and 49 of the Excise Act.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that 5 liters of country made liquor has been allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further contended that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 19.08.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the
