The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria P.S. case No. 585 of 2018 registered under Section 272/ 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. The petitioner was apprehended while carrying away 40 liters of country made liquor made of Mahua in two plastic bags and for that the petitioner is in jail since 30.08.2018. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. case No. 585 of 2018.
