The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sakra P.S. Case No. 95/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 406, 420, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (POA) Act. The informant is a PDS dealer made allegation that Chandan Kumar and his one unknown friend came on 27.03.2015 and inspected his shop on the pretext of being officers of Vigilance Department and took Rs. 2,000/- from his chest. It is further alleged that Chandan Kumar and his unknown friend came on 27.03.2015 and 28.03.2015 and abused the informant. On 29.03.2015, a Panchayati was held. Again, on 31.03.2015

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43829 of 2015 (3) dt.09-12-2015 Chandan Kumar and his unknown friends are alleged to have come throwing the pistol and abused the informant. It is alleged that eight other persons including the petitioners Raushan Kumar and Anmol Kumar were accompanying them, but no specific allegation is made against the petitioners. Petitioner Chandan Kumar has already been granted regular bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case no. 95/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
