APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kuchaykote P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020, for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41(I) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 06.03.2020. They are driver and Khalasi. In the instant case total 5184 litres of foreign liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, they are driver and Khalasi and they are in

The petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge-II cumSpecial Judge, Excise Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaykote P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020, subject to the condition that on release, the petitioners shall render their service as volunteers in the District Health Centre for a period of one month in dedicated Covid hospital.
