At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to assail the order dated 21.03.2023, passed by the Collector, Lakhisarai in compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.11.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.15595 of 2021, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
