The petitioner seeks regular bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 318/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2018 having clean antecedent.

Keeping in view the period of custody and clean antecedent, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two
