The petitioner is accused in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 193 of 2018 registered under Sections 353 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1A), 35 and 36 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that informant being the police official of Parbatta raided the house of the petitioner in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018 regarding robbery of motorcycle. In that course, one motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner whereas one country made pistol was also found in possession of the petitioner. Case No. 191 of 2018 is instituted by covillager of the informant due to dirty village politics regarding the theft of motorcycle and in the aforesaid, petitioner has falsely been implicated. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Khagaria, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 193 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
