2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 149, 147, 148, 323, 307, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 338 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute between the parties who are agnates. There is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged as well as the injury report disclosing the injury of the informant to be grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
