None appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 32/2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 447, 341, 323, 493, 496, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the petitioner developed intimacy with prosecutrix and he had physical relationship with her. At the pretext of marriage, he exploited sexually for four years and ultimately he refused to marry with the informant/prosecutrix.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner does not deserve the privileges for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
