The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.756 of 2016 dated 22.11.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 & 379/34 IPC, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25996 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
