The petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2016 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47/49 and 51 of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. As such, the petitioner may be released on bail. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner Indal Paswan be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif
