The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 457, 380 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has four criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
