2. The following order was passed earlier in this case by which the bail application of the petitioner was rejected:- "Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kauakole P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act and under Sections 67(A)/67(B) of the I.T. Act.

4. As per the prosecution, the petitioner, who is a teacher has committed rape upon a girl aged about 12 years.

5. In view of serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

3. Upon perusal of the earlier order, no ground for review is made out.
