Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 262 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code. Some unknown person committed theft in the house of the informant.
Submission is that nothing was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52750 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari/Successor Court, in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No.262 of 2016.
