2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of a writ/ writs certiorari or appropriate in nature for directing and commanding to the respondents to remove the illegal constructed road (Kacha road) from land of the petitioner bearing Khata

Patna High Court CWJC No.6279 of 2025(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/3 No. 235, plot no. 2405 where by and whereunder the respondents have constructed Kacha road Chirari Bigha to Kochahasa over the ancestral landed property of the petitioner in connivance of husband of Prakhand Pramukh Block Karpi without acquire the land, without giving compensation of the petitioner, without consent of the petitioner or without taken legal step and damaged the agricultural land of the petitioner total 10 fit wide and 70 fit long total area 700 squire fit.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in continuation of the earlier representation dated 18.06.2024, he shall be filing a fresh representation before the Collector cum District Magistrate, Arwal for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State counsel submits that in case it is filed, the same will be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. Granting said liberty to the petitioner to approach the Collector (respondent no.3), Arwal, the writ petition stands
