JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks direction to the respondent no.3, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad to dispose of his case for extension for territory of licence granted for N.P. Bore revolver to the entire State of Bihar as the same was granted for Aurangabad only. It is contended that on behalf of the petitioner that he has filed application in the year 2013 but final decision is yet to be taken by the Licensing Authority.

Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14455 of 2015 dt.06-10-2015 2 / 2 with a direction to the respondent no.3, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad to take a final decision in the matter of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
