JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Arms Act.

Forty eight bottles containing 18 litres country-made liquor, are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12-08-2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khagaria Rail P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
